1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase and accessing our portal, you signify your full, unconditional agreement to be bound by these terms.

2. Single-User Account Security & Anti-Sharing Rules
When you register an account on The Skills Master, you are granted a private, single-user license.
One account belongs to exactly one student. Sharing your account login credentials, passwords, or granting concurrent access to multiple people through a single registration is strictly prohibited. Our security systems automatically track login locations, IPs, and active devices. Any suspicious account activity or detected credentials sharing will result in the immediate, permanent termination of your account with absolutely no refund and no option to unenroll.
3. Protection of Intellectual Property (No Piracy / No Leaks)
All curriculum materials, video lessons, presentations, source codes, templates, graphics, and resources available on The Skills Master are the exclusive intellectual property of The Skills Master. All rights are strictly reserved.
You are strictly prohibited from:
• Screen-recording, downloading, reproducing, or duplicating any video lessons.
• Sharing, uploading, or distributing our course materials on YouTube, Telegram, Google Drive, or any other online platform.
• Reselling or sub-licensing any course package or content under your own brand or name.
Violation of these rules constitutes a criminal offense under intellectual property laws, and we will initiate rigorous legal proceedings and civil lawsuits against offenders.
4. Professional Income Disclaimer
While we provide world-class, highly practical digital training and roadmaps, we do not make any guarantees regarding your absolute income, financial success, or job placement.
Any income proofs, student results, or testimonials shown on our website or social media channels are intended to demonstrate what is possible with dedication and effort. Individual success is entirely dependent on your own implementation, hard work, skill level, and market conditions. The Skills Master cannot be held liable for any personal financial outcomes.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of your use of our platform or purchase of our course bundles shall be settled exclusively within the courts located in India.
